Meet Ffion

Ffion Evans started her career with us here six years ago as a carer, then became a supervisor and worked her way up to the Registered Manager role she currently has. She has completed successfully undertaken her Level 5 in Care Management while continuing to work full-time.

She manages the day-to-day running of the company and has worked hard to progress rapidly within the company to the role she has now.

Ffion’s role is essential to the smooth running of the agency and helps ensure that the very best in care is provided. She is responsible for supporting the care staff in the field and enabling them to be their best at all times through positive reinforcement and practical day-to-day assistance.

It’s evident to us that the hard work of individuals like Ffion has helped us achieve our numerous accolades and it will also drive us forward in the future to deliver more care of the very highest of quality.

Ffion is the backbone of the business and a wonderful asset to the agency. She is hardworking, diligent and positive at all times. She is also really understanding and appreciative of her colleagues, and the needs of our service users. Ffion’s highly motivated and extremely competent too – she’s a real treasure!

Ffion says: “This is a very rewarding job and one I thoroughly enjoy. I love the fact we get to help people stay at home. There’s great job satisfaction in being able to assist people and make them feel happier, safer and more comfortable. I can’t think of a better sector to be in.
