Zoe Paine from Penrhiwceiber has recently been promoted to Operations Executive in our Rhondda Cynon Taf office.
She previously worked as a Regional Manager for us and was responsible for the supervision of staff, monitoring the quality of care being delivered, carrying out initial assessments for new care packages and writing service delivery plans. An opening came up for an Operations Executive and we had no hesitations that Zoe was the ideal candidate for the position.
She’s now responsible for managing a team of carers in the lower Cynon and Pontypridd areas. She will also ensure we continue to deliver the highest quality of care to our service users to maintain our reputation.
Although she has moved up in her role with us, she isn’t a new, unknown face for our carers so they don’t need to get used to taking direction and orders from someone unfamiliar. This is extremely beneficial as both parties already know each other and have already formed a relationship and an understanding of each other.
Zoe is a much valued member of the team and it is great to see staff blossom in their jobs and move onwards and upwards.
She said: “I feel I have really started to carve a career out for myself within the care industry and am looking forward to what the future holds for me.
