As part of our on-going recruitment process, we offer £150 to carers who recommend a friend to work for us.
We are looking for kind and caring individuals to provide excellent levels of care to our service users. We are looking for people who would be committed to the role on a long-term basis so they can build great relationships with the service users we support. They’ll be able to carve out a career in the industry for themselves too thanks to advancement opportunities as we often promote within the company to help maintain our position of trust and allow continuity of care.
One of the places to source the best employees possible is from the carers who already work for us as they know exactly what we’re looking for and what sort of person will fit in well with the team, so if they recommend someone to us, we trust their judgement and if that person remains with us and completes three months’ employment, delivering more than 100 hours of care, the employee who referred them to us will receive a reward of £150.
Margaret Ellis from our Bangor office recently received her £150 reward for recommending a friend.
