Joleen Prosser from Mountain Ash has recently (January, 2018) joined our Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT) office as one of its new Regional Managers.
In her role Joleen will be responsible for writing service user inductions and service delivery plans, supervision of staff, manual handling assessments and quality reviews of services for the Mountain Ash and Abercynon areas.
Forty-one-year-old Joleen, who previously worked as a Field Supervisor, said: “I am thrilled to have joined the Abacare team and I have so far thoroughly enjoyed my new job here. Everyone is extremely helpful and friendly and I already feel well settled. I am so far enjoying all of the challenges I have faced and I look forward to what the future has to hold for me.
