Newtown recruitment day to find new care workers
We recently announced our support for the NHSE and NHSI’s Winter Pressures Plan to find new carers to ensure people can come home from hospital and be looked after by experts.
As part of our support we are hosting a recruitment day on Thursday, January 23 from 11am until 3pm at our Newtown offices at St David’s House, New Street, Newtown, SY16 1RB. We are looking to meet kind and caring individuals looking for a career in the care industry.
Being a carer is a highly skilled, professional vocational occupation that is essential to the fabric of our society and the beauty of a job for life means people can start at the very bottom and work their way up with training and qualifications.
In today’s changing world of employment, we pride ourselves on being able to offer long-term job security and career prospects.
People are welcome to drop into the event at any time between 11am and 3pm as no appointment is needed. They are also able to bring any little ones along with them should they need to as we’ll have toys to help keep them entertained. Refreshments will also be provided.
