Sport England has launched a 10-minute audio exercise routine aimed at keeping people healthy and active during the Coronavirus lockdown.

Personal trainer Joe Wicks has been leading the nation’s children every morning in a virtual PE lesson. However, he also has some exercises for seniors too.
