Wales residents wishing to make a difference in 2021 within the communities and neighbourhoods where they live are being invited to take up a role in care in the country.
We have well-paid, carer positions available that are vital to our service users’ quality of life.
Our services and the care our carers provide are essential to anyone who is elderly and vulnerable who may be experiencing physical disabilities, learning difficulties, spinal injury, mental health difficulties, palliative care and complex neurological difficulties.
It is important that people who need extra support are able to remain in their own homes, so our carers ensure this happens and assist them with living an independent lifestyle by following COVID-19 guidelines. Research has shown that people who remain at home do better.
We’re also keen to dispel the myth that a career in care is poorly paid and staff lack training, support and benefits. Flexibility is key and we can offer work at weekends, in evenings and have both part and full-time vacancies available.
The importance of our carers is key this year, due to COVID-19, as they are protecting the NHS by keeping people safely at home who are vulnerable and elderly.
We provide all our with full, paid training and colleague shadowing at the start, and they have additional, on the job support from the team 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We give free uniforms and a national staff discount scheme for all major brands with exclusive discounts online and in-store from retailers including Tesco, Primark and Argos, and it also covers holidays and electrical goods. We have jobs available in Wales now with immediate start, no experience necessary, just a willingness to care and to learn.
We are looking for new recruits to help make a difference within communities across Wales by caring for individuals seeking extra support. Carers who join our team will help to provide domiciliary and live-in care as well as dementia care.
