Meet Brenda Francis, our Community Carer
Brenda Francis joined us in 2014 as a Community Carer, but has been working in the care industry for more than 10 years. During this time she has tirelessly supported many people to continue to live in their own homes and maintain their own independence.

She delivers the very best of care and is devoted to those she cares for. She is gifted socially and gives a lot more than physical support as she oozes confidence, enthusiasm and good cheer.
Brenda says: “I have been a carer for 10 years now and I enjoy my work very much. I love chatting to the service users and doing everything I can to enable them to stay in their own homes for as long as possible. I treat them with dignity and respect and help them all I can with their daily needs.”
She always has time for people, she is a consistent and reassuring individual who takes pride in working within her community to ensures its members can receive locally based support. This care and support allows them to remain in their own homes longer, and avoid the need for long trips to hospitals or having to move into less independent settings.
Brenda has been a committed member of the team, battling Welsh winters to ensure that above all, her service users receive care in all weathers.
One of the people she cares for said: “Brenda is a lovely carer, she is so pleasant and cheerful. She fills me with confidence and makes me worry less about things.”
